      Bad experience with this location. I had to do some banking in person and worked with Vince. I spoke to him on two different occasions. He assured me both times it would be taken care of. He didn't follow through either time. I ended up finally getting the help I needed at a different branch down the street. Stay away from the Twin Oaks location and definitely don't work with Vince.

      I switched to this bank a few months ago. I'm glad I did. The staff is always friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Nice to see that customer service is a priority and actually appreciate your buisness. If your looking for a new bank I highly recommend.
