      Today at 11:35 I did a withdrawal at this bank and the atm shorted me $20 I went into together bank to get help no help was provided and to think this is my actual bank this is very upsetting to me I feel robbed if there is any help that’s what I seek I work to hard for my money to be Robbed by a bank very upsett

      I filed a complaint case #960276 on 12/4/2020 regarding this matter. I paid monthly for the checking account that I recently had closed as well as having a continuous deposit every two weeks from my job. After they cashed my check consistently for six months, I was advised they no longer can cash my check unless I have the exact amount in the account that is on the check. The only way they would be able to cash my check is if they go through a third-party company and I would be charged for 4.5%. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This bank is charging their clients monthly, but want to play with your money. The branch manager sat in his office the entire time and didn’t come to alleviate the situation. Customer service is overall bad for business and for that I can bank elsewhere.
