      I love my regions bank they are very friendly and helpful. No one is perfect, but this is my experience. This is why I tell all my friends about regions bank i got some to join and the others still thinking about it😀. PLUS i can use my regions card anywhere in the world. 😁If I have a problem I call them and they get right on it. Thanks regions.

      They seem to be a level-headed bank they work with you on issues of checks and so on and so forth in the people are friendly

      I will be closing both my personal and business accounts. I have never had more time wasted by a bank than my experience with Regions. When I opened my accounts...man did they roll out the red carpet. Then 2020, covid and a new start up burned through the account and all of a sudden I'm a dead beat. I can't get help unless I want to sign up to waste literally hours of my time. 1 issue took 4 hours over 5 phone calls to get the situation rectified. The most common phrase you will hear from a Regions Customer Service...."I apologize for your experience, unfortunately there is not anything I can do".
