      Great customer service, friendly tellers and other personnel. I have been dealing with them for well over 10 years. They do close earlier than most banks, but their drive thru atm is easy to access. I especially like their no fees checking & savings accounts.

      Slow, inefficient, constant bottleneck as only one person seems to be able to approve anything. I was supposed to be able to walk in and handle my business according to the phone call I received from them yesterday but someone didn't follow through

      Awful customer service. They deposited the wrong amount from my deposit and I had to go back from midtown to get it corrected. Once I got there I explained to the branch manager of the situation she was nice and I insisted on some paperwork regarding the correction. The teller that screwed up the deposit in the first place acted as though she was put out for correcting the mistake. I also heard her whisper that I was a jerk to the other teller. Needless to say, I will be switching banks.
