      Ive banked with Regions for years. Never a problem then today i go through the drive thru hand the girl 2 checks and the debit card to deposit them into. Since i have a joint and my own account. What does she do? Deposit it to the wrong account, the joint account. If i wanted the money put into the joint account i wouldve gave that card. I call to get it corrected waited on hold for 20 minutes to then get told by management its been more than 15 mins we cant do anything. What you cant fix your mistake?

      I was just lied to by an employee after she finger printed my son who was cashing a check drawn on a Regions account. Dear Regions, this is how you lose accounts that have been at your bank for over 20 years.
