  We had a good experience here with John Yatsko signing some mortgage paperwork on a busy Friday afternoon. He gave us plenty of time to read everything ourselves, answered all our questions, and printed out some extra documentation for us no problem.

  Went to cash a check with someone who didn’t have an account with Regions and the check was from a bank with no branches locally. The lady at the desk is very rude, creates some kind of profile for us without asking us if it’s okay, makes us wait for about 20 minutes, and then tells us we didn’t get approved and she won’t give us money. She refuses to give us any explanation about why we “didn’t get approved” and sends us on our way. I have an account with Regions and typically don’t use this location. The location I go to is full of polite people who have never given me this type of problem. Will not be returning again.

  I cant say enough about this bank. I've only been here twice and they have been so helpful and pleasant. I've got one just 2min away from my house but they always give me a hard time. I come here and its totally different, I'll drive 12 mins away with no problem. Thanks for being so nice, polite, and extremely helpful. I think this my new location.
