      I gave this Regions location a 2 star because they kept me on hold the first time, which they apologized for, but then kept me on hold again and never came back. I had to eventually hang up and call another location to help me. Very frustrating and disappointing.

      I used atm just now. The screen told me that it was $2 charge but when my bank notified me it had actually charged me $4.50! I will not use it again.
