      The staff here are always friendly and courteous. Been using this particular branch for years and have always had very pleasant experience and the wait times are always fast. This feels like one of the few banks I go to that properly staff so there isn't a line to the door.

      I deposited money in their ATM. The ATM ate my money. I filled a claim they gave me the 200. Now they are telling me it did not eat my money and are taking money from my account. Screw this place and their customer service. Fund a better bank like a credit union or local bank.

      Absolute worst bank in the area. Everybody who works here is so rude and unprofessional and act like they are mad at you for wanting them to do their job. I’ve had nothing but problems with this bank and the people that work here.
