  This review is specifically for Ms. Melina Villaorduna. I arrived at 4:59 PM June 29, 2020 to make a deposit it took longer that I expected, but MS. Melina was very professional and help me thru the process. Thank you

  Today I arrived at this brench and the brench manager in the name of ANNIE SANCHEZ would not service me .since I’ve been banking with region bank for over a year and I’ve never experienced anything like this . I was in total disbelief. My check was ripped and she did told me the reason she could not help me because I needed to go to a brench near my house when all she needed to do was tape the check back together & the number on the check was readable but she still refused to help me because I WAS BLACK . We all know what that is about ! I went to another brench near by that assistant me & they cashed out the check . I plan on calling cooperate I have a video of her response of why she wouldn’t cash out the check which didn’t make any sense at all. Brench @ 8020 pine blvd Pembroke Pines FL 33024 assistant me this evening and I was able to get my check cash out thanks to Celita I was able to cash out my check.
