  Its really irritating when I can't even get money out of my own bank atm because its broke down. Some places around here don't except credit cards. So now I have to go out of my way and pay a 2-3 fee to get cash when I have my own bank. Atm down again today 😆 3/1/22

  I took a lot of my transactions and business to this location after the larger branch of Broad Street started to fail me as a resource. I loved working with these people until I had a particularly bad day and went to them for help. I was made to wait for 30 minutes as a man talked to a woman about poodles. Then when this man decided to help me, I was given nothing but sass and I felt very disrespected. I had arrived before closing and had every intention to get in and out so I did not hold anyone up from leaving for the day and if that was the reason for his callousness, maybe he shouldn't spend so much time talking about poodles. I asked for one thing, and because he did not want to take more time, he basically forced to to change information I had set for my bank for a reason - I am now having to change my information for a 3rd time since he "helped" me because he could not simply do what I asked. It's your job to help, not talk about dogs and then be huffy because you aren't leaving on time.
