  Guild Mortgage is amazing!!! Highly recommend if you are wanting a great team that is quick, responsive and super helpful to make buying a home as painless as possible. Cliff is top notch as is Andrew and Marci. The staff went above and beyond to make our transaction smooth and seamless. The team stayed in contact and were very prompt with any and all tasks. I will continue to use Cliff and his team for any future purchases or refinancing. Guild is the epitome of what others should aspire to be.

  Expect to be taking advantage of if you are a first time home buyer. Closing cost on a 150k mortgage was nearly $9,000.00 dollars! This was not including the down payment, the home inspection, or earnest money ! I am so upset and disgusted with the way they tried to take advantage of my inexperience with the buying process. Cancelled the purchase after the home inspection revealed more than $25k dollars of repairs needed. They kept pushing to close anyways and now have sent me an invoice for nearly $600 dollars for the home appraisal, which was done after I notified my realtor of my decision to not proceed with the purchase. I’ve already lost $900 dollars on the home inspection and earnest money. Such a shame this is the way I was treated and taken advantage of and still trying to bleed me for more money.
