  Ms clemons is always careful, accurate, dedicated, & takes clients Banking sincerely. She's courteous, & truly represents Regions well. Thanks No public restrooms do present difficulty for the handicapped! Please, correct that!

  We spent 3 month dealing with people passing the buck. No one does any work, there is always something that was not done on the other end. Service is terrible. The girls at the bank are working and doing a great job, and sadly even have have their supervisers envolved to get things done. Because behind the sceens the ones at home need to be held responsible for all the hold ups and errors. Time for everyone to return to duty!

  Customer service gets worse every time you try to do banking business. The employees at the local branch have their hands tied by the terrible management.
