The ATM took a $1900 cash deposit, and then it shut down completely. It showed the balance in my account until the next morning, then $1900 just evaporated out of my account. Now it’s 3 days later and they have no idea where my money is. They also have done nothing to help. They said 24-48 hours while transferring me back and forth to the Pensacola call center. They are now saying they have a 3rd party handling the ATM. Edit: they resolved my issues after a few days

I would like to give a HUGE thank you to the Owens Cross Rds Branch Manager/ Assistant Vice President Clint Irby.
