  I am not the guy to write bad reviews for companies but I am highly disappointed and very unsatisfied with Regions Bank specifically the City Center Branch in Murfreesboro, TN. I would say over the years this has been the worst banking experience I have had. I made a $700 dollar deposit transaction in cash at the outside ATM, as soon as I put in the cash the the screen went black and it locked me out of my account. These ATMs are poorly managed and are consistently error ridden. This transaction happened on May 24th and I still don't have the funds in my account as of June 14th. Working with Matthew the bank manager has been horrible. He is not proactive, shows no concern, or care for getting things resolved. Im sorry for the other great tellers that have tried to help me with the little power they have. Im sorry they have to fall under his leadership.

  There is a uppity girl that works there as a teller that has caused me to close my account and leave this bank. Her name is Robin Matthews. She confronted me and yelled at me to,"Get out of MY branch!", simply because I asked for proper customer service. She has the kind of temper, impatience, and stupidity that is not helpful as a customer service employee.
