      I'm a satisfied Regions Bank customer for the most part. I was encouraged when construction of this new branch began. Yesterday I was dismayed they were closed when I pulled into the drive-thru. Beware, Regions closes at 4:30 every weekday except Friday. Really?? My kids get off the bus at 4:25. I work from home. I don't have time to get to the drive-thru before they close. FYI their location near K & I-70 is open until 5:30 most weekdays, 6:00 on Fridays. I would encourage the new location to at least match those hours. Until then, the fees I pay were spent on a bright, shiny, new bank that does me little good. Again, I am satisfied with the service I've received from Regions, but those hours are hard to understand. Edit: changed to add one star, they actually offer video banking until 8, which is a pretty good alternative.

      Convenient location, but their ATMs break way too often. Luckily they have a card printer, so when the ATM eats your card they can make you a new one. but it would be nice if they would just keep the ATM's in order. I've had Regions for most of my life and found no real reason to change.

      Made an appointment five days in advance. They sent me three emails confirming my appointment. When I got to the bank on time for my appointment I was told the girl was busy and if I would like to come back or wait in my car for 15 min. I was the first appointment of the day. I am glad I found out how they treat customers before I opened an account.
