Showed up to the regions Bank in Wentzville at 9 AM to get a cashiers check. Their system is down. After 30 minutes there they told me to go to the lake St. Louis location and everything would be ready for me. 30 minutes later here and still waiting.

Don’t bank with regions stay clear they’re the absolute worse bank I’ve ever dealt with I regret switching banks.
