Regions provided GREAT Customer Service on my recent visit . A Middle Eastern Lady helped me and was very Polite and Knowledgable, providing answers to my every question. I am So glad they changed Management and Personnel, this Bank has an Awesome team and dedicated Staff . Thank you all so much !!!

This rating would have been 0 stars if possible, poor customer service, i went in to make a cashier check withdrawal of MY money and was rejected by the staff. I left furious from the branch and headed to another branch where without any problem I was helped out. Days after i went in again to do a cash withdrawal and manager told me “ you again” and was denied the withdrawal of my money. Im not sure if it is something personal against me or what is the problem with these people in this branch but when someone deposits money into his or her bank and later wants to withdrawal it, i really don’t understand why someone is denied their own money
