  Huge shout out to Walliette Thompson! I came here on a Saturday because I wasn’t getting any results by using regions phone service to obtain a form I no longer had access to. She told me that she had never heard of the form and didn’t know they mailed it to their customers. Finally she found it after I gave her the needed identity verification. I’m so thankful! She said that she learned something new and I gained a huge sense of relief! Give this woman a raise or promotion! Thank you Walliette for making my day and not doing the bare minimum simply because you weren’t familiar with my request. You are a asset to this bank and I hope you feel appreciated in what you do every day! God bless!

  Had the rudest teller while trying to take care of banking for my elderly parents...she was so rude and ugly....I am so thankful I moved to Planters Bank....those people are the GREATEST.....
