      I actually do not understand all the negative reviews… you guys have clearly never banked with two large names that recently merged *cough cough* Kerry was friendly and knowledgeable, and was swift to aid in opening new accounts for me. What a refreshing experience, I look forward to doing business with Regions from here on out.

      Ordered checks to be sent to this branch! Order was placed wrong and checks sent to another branch. No one bothered to return my calls or address my concerns for more then 3 weeks. After I located the missing checks they called to say checks were never ordered...seriously??? Get your act together!
