      I have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS with this bank... I honestly don't know how they have a high rating. Between the disrespect at the counter, and the unprofessionalism... they had no idea what was going on with my account and had me sitting in my hot car for 30 mins and still couldn't fix it. Told me a manager would call me 3 days ago, still haven't received a call. Now my account is locked, no money can come in or out. Bills can't be paid. I'm screwed. And I'm a single mother of 6!!!
