I switched to Regions from BBVA/PNC(?) because I was tired of my bank changing names and parent companies every 2-3 years. With every change, customer service got worse and worse. I opened 2 accounts with Regions recently and I could not be more pleased. I never have to wait for more than 1-2 minutes. Lori and Matt are extremely helpful and professional! I will most likely open more business accounts with them soon and switch the rest of my family over as well.

Not only does this bank close at times earlier than posted. But the only useful thing here (the atm) is always out of order to some degree. Don’t bank here, I will be leaving as soon as possible.

I have to use regions because the person I rent from uses them. There is one lady that is very nice. Some employees are not. They never look happy. But lines are short and takes a while sometimes.
