      I have bad experiences with banks in the past. Doing business with BBVA has renewed my faith in such places. The tellers are always helpful and friendly. If I ever have an issue, my guy John is always on top of it. I like them so much, I even recommended them to my daughter.

      This bank has been terrible to deal. I got a loan from this bank when they were compass. They would always get my payments wrong or put my payment in somebody else's account. Lucky the had one person who knew what she was doing and got it right. Since they switch to pnc it hasn't gotten any better. I wouldn't recommend this bank or any other pnc bank. Some of the staff are friendly and even say that since they switched to pnc it's been a mess. I'm not the only one who I have heard say bad things about pnc. There are other really good banks by that are better.
