  As always this regions has horrible customer service from one the lady's working the drive thru window,she has a major attitude with customers,not just me and I've witnessed it..the ATM machine which I depend on to make some of my buisness deposits is not working or if it is working,the deposit feature is not..the bad customer service as well as the always broken ATM machines is not a new problem.. I have been banking with regions at there Houma La location branch for over 15 years and have had great experience,but now that I moved closer to the city these pass 2 Years I've had alot of problems at this specific location and I've just had enough. I will be closing my personal account next week and will close my buisness account in a few weeks and go with another one of the 6 different named banks in the same area..my wife and daughters will also be joining me and closing there regions account as well. I suggest whoever is the manager of this branch is not doing a great job at all and maybe needs to be retrained aswell as the employees.

  This Regions is worst than McDonald’s ice cream machine! There ATM is never working!
