      I went in to change my savings and checking accounts Markimian Adams helped me and made what I thought would be a difficult decision very easy - he was great. ,very nice and definitely knows his job

      The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I am glad I decided to use this branch. However one small complaint that is up to Regions corporate and not the branch staff- the space is very noisy , a lot of echoes from all the conversations going on, the place needs some sound absorbing wall hangings or some rugs or something. With everyone wearing a mask and the divider between you and the person helping you, it was hard for me to hear everything clearly.

      REGIONS ATM IN CRESTWOOD ATE MY 1300 & then investigated for 4 days only to tell me they wasn’t giving me my money back do not use the ATM there the bank will not assist they’ll open a claim & send you on your way.
