      I hope BB&T/Truist realizes what an asset they have in Regina. Her patient professionalism made my daughter's and my recent visit to the Montclair branch something to remember. Outstanding customer service made us both feel like members of a family rather than account holders. If I could leave one hundred stars I would. Thank you Regina.

      Dont walk RUN! This branch is horrible. I opened an account online but went by the branch to make a deposit. The manager, Petra, she can't find the info. Poorly informed. Never tried to help. Guess I'll keep my $35k deposit. On the other hand, the 800 number was easy as pie.
