      I'm a business customer and I visit the branch in Germantown TN a few times a week. Kendall and the other young lady that's at the window most days. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. They are both friendly and fast. I would highly recommend this branch for your business and personal needs.

      This branch always has the longest wait in the drive thru. Today, I was the only car in the drive thru at 12:26 and waited 10 minutes. I didn’t see even one employee for the longest time, then finally one employee appeared and was helping the lobby customers. This is typical for this location for some reason. It appears to always be understaffed no matter the time of day.

      I've been banking with Regions since the Union Planters merger days and this branch is excellent. It is now a bit out of my way but I do not mind the extra drive for the excellent service.
