      Went inside to make a little deposit today because the drive throughs were down. Building looks great, well manicured lawn. Past the front door the inside looks spacious and well maintained. Teller promptly came to the desk and was polite, reminded me of ATM deposits, which I myself don't trust.

      Not answering phones right now DURING BUSINESS HOURS, now that inspires confidence in your Bank. Closed drive thru during pandemic forcing group/herd exposure indoors. I think I will keep my present bank. But good luck to those poor customers that made Regions their bank of choice. You already lost this customer, address the concerns of your remaining customers .
