      I love regions but this location always gives me a hard time and slow. 4-26-21 update: don’t make appointments, waste of time. i don’t know why someone would call me to confirm my appointment but then when i get there there they tell me they are short staffed and not prepared.

      Opened an account here. Tried to use the app to transfer money to another account (in the same bank!) but it told me I couldn’t and I’d have to call to find out why. Well I called and had to talk to a robot for a hour that was not designed to handle my question so I had to just keep mashing numbers until they gave me a real person. He told me I had to use Zelle. Why is that information not on the app? Why can’t they transfer money between their own bank accounts? I am very dissatisfied with Regions and I do not recommend you open an account with them.

      Called Regions at 9:09.... (They open at 9:00) 10+ mins later and I’m still on the phone, listening to automated messages every 45 seconds tell me that I’m still on hold..... This is ridiculous.
