Went to withdrawal cash Saturday night and the ATM machine took my card, didn’t give it back, and gave me no cash, leaving me with no money. The bank is closed on Sunday so I had to wait until Monday morning to go in. When I went in I spoke with someone and he told me “sorry this happens sometimes”, meaning it wasn’t just a one time thing. I asked him to open up the ATM but he told me he couldn’t so I asked to get whoever is in charge of it to open it up and he once again said he couldn’t. I have an account with suntrust and the nearest location is 2 hours away so I couldn’t just walk into a bank nearby and get a new card so now I have to order one and wait a week for it to come. Easily the worst bank experience I have ever been apart of.

very nice and professional staff. I just really dislike the new location not having a drive-thru.The other day, I couldn't deposit my cash at the ATM because it was over the $500 limit so I had to go inside and wait 20 minutes because they only had 2 tellers available! Several customers walked in and walked back out because there was a few of us already waiting. This is unacceptable!
