THEY STOLE MONEY FROM US during Covid and never gave it back. BEWARE. We had a free checking account, Once they switched to a new bank they started pulling fees without us knowing, when I went in to retrieve my money they REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. TAKE YOUR MONEY and PUT IT ELSEWHERE!!

The staff is nice, they try to be helpful. However, the ATM is a huge inconvenience. It doesn't work half the time and even when it is "working" it's slow and unpredictable as to whether it's going to do anything right. The Madison street location has ATM problems too. UPGRADE THE ATMS.
