      My experience with this credit union was very disappointing. Customer service is by far the worst I’ve experienced in a very long time.

      This credit union is extremely unprofessional. The woman Cynthia I spoke with was very rude. Don't hire people that don't have the decency to have a little customer service etiquette. Stay far from this credit union. They will hold your money for ransom. If I could give no stars I would. What a joke. DALLAS LOCATION!
