      THE GROUP WERE JUST AWESOME, JAIME CASTILLO (MANAGER) LARRY WILLIAMS (SALES), CHRIS BEBOUT(CONSTRUCTION) AND BEAUTIFUL TRACY RUSKY (PRODUCTION COORDINATOR. IF I HAD TO DO THIS AGAIN I WOULD ASK FOR THESE FOUR. I AM RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW THAT IS LOOKING TO BUILD A HOME TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE HERE. THANK ALL SO VERY MUCH FOR MAKING MY DECISIONS VERY EASY GOING LARRY WAS THERE EVERY TIME I HAD A QUESTION.

      I am very dissatisfied with their lack of communication and care for customers after all the paperwork is signed. It is extremely difficult to get a response from the very people who started off being very helpful to completely ignoring calls and emails. They rush you to sign a contract and once that is done you are no longer their problem.

      We were looking to build a new home and found UBH. Working with Kelly Byrd, Larry Williams and Jaime Castillo in the Terrell office has been a great experience. They are all very attentive, patient and thorough. Ready to break ground and get the ball rolling! Looking forward to working with Paul Anton and Chris on the actual construction.
