  Only giving one star bc that's the lowest you can give.... Run away and find a new bank - they charge fees for EVERYTHING, and take withdraws before adding deposits. And won't help resolve. Crooked and awful - there's so many banks out there that beat this one. Find one and go with them. Shameful.

  Only gave one star because unfortunately would not allow zero. Quite poor customer service at this branch in my experience, all the way down to offensive, prejudice management staff. When attempting to speak with management on any account issue, if they don't want to speak then they refuse the call or do not return voicemail or pass the buck to someone else. Also witnessed management lobbying together and talking about customers, so much prejudging and bullying, sort of puts you in mind of high school girl cliques which in my opinion, quite unprofessional for a banking institution. Also, turnover is quite high at this particular branch, probably due to the "attitudes" and ineffective communication of management staff. Quite the different experience just miles down road at a different branch. I did, however find the tellers to be quite courteous, and then they soon ventured off to better horizons. Do yourself a favor if you must choose Renasant and engage at a different branch, where each consumer is valued and respected.
