  Pete and his team were great to work with! We purchased our house in 2020 and had our mortgage through Rescom and then recently refinanced with them. We had a complex situation with challenges from COVID relief and Pete was steady as a rock. I must have asked him a thousand questions throughout the process. Pete was able to secure a great rate for us literally just before rates started rising and he truly had our best interest in mind. I recommend him without hesitation.

  For the last 2 years I have talked to many mortgage brokers about the complex refinance situation with my home, and Pete LoPresti was the first to tell me “Yes” every step of the way. We just closed the loan & Pete is saving me a lot per year in credit card interest, which is life changing for my family. If you haven’t spoken to Pete about your mortgage situation, I highly recommend that you do.

  Hi Everyone, Well, where do I start. I have been doing business and have been helped with acquiring a mortgage many times thru Rescom Financial Services. I met Pete LoPresti 12 years ago when I was desperately searching for a mortgage. We were living in Placerville California at the time and for one reason or another, the brokers I knew of in town just could not put anything together for us. I stumbled on to Rescom's web ad and figured I would give them a try since I wasn't having any luck with anyone in town. The more I spoke to Pete on the phone and the more we corresponded through the computer the better I felt about everything. Pete was able to put together an excellent mortgage for us when all the others were stumbling about. Not only did he help my family, but I knew of several people that I worked with that were also having difficulty acquiring a mortgage and Pete was able to help each and every one of them. Pete and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just plain awesome to work with.
