      Well lets start off by saying that they are nice people and very polite. However, as far as service and value the money I put towards this was not worth it. Within the first few week I saw my score drop by 20 point. I called and spoke with Gale and she told me she didn't see why my score drop. However I continue on with rescore and there smart credit  subscription. I was told by Gale that I should receive a letter from the bureaus following disputes. However, after some prolonged time. No letters where received. I informed Gale and she told me that she will resend disputes via certified  letter.  No word form Gale or rescore since then. Also, no letter from the bureaus. I feel as if I were scammed or information was misrepresented.
