Becka helped me with buying a home during this COVID crisis and managed to finish everything in a timely manner. Not only did she help us transition into finding a home in Sacramento to Manteca she looked for the best possible first home buyer programs and assisted with increasing our credit score.   The first time home-Buyers transactions are very stressing! It's been a month already. Too many detailed info questioned AFTER proving we have the finances and my Mr can afford the Mortgage!!! Isn't $100,000. a year salary good now-a-days!! Or does a person have to be VERY RICH?? Uuuughhh....

  We worked with Patrick Kelley to get our home loan. We had been working with Quicken Loans and it was taking weeks, so when Patrick said let me help you get this done a little faster with anothr lender we said okay. He got involved and we had our loan quickly approved. He was there with us every step of the way, he helped with the title company and with all of our Paperwork. We were impressed at how available he was to us. We closed on the house in 30 days. Highly recommend Patrick, his positive attitude really made things so much easier. He is very solution oriented. We are now selling that house and Patrick is handling the loan on our next home. He is very easy and pleasant to work with during what can be a stressful time.
