I am a long time member and applied for personal loan, as I have done when when needed without issue in the past, shockingly it decline! Twice!! However, days later out of nowhere I received a phone call from Jacob Urbina. He stated that he saw the transactions and felt it needed further investigating. In no time at all he called me with the loan approved. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He's awesome!
