  Stay away - One of the worst real estate/management company I have to deal with in my entire adult life. They don't refund security deposit and come up with baseless excuses that they were never in contract with a tenant. They will claim the landlord is the one responsible for the security deposit refund.

  Resys Real Estate and Property Management team is your one stop shop for any Real Estate for Residential & Property Management. I have had the pleasure to work with this team since 2006, and I've always received prompt and pleasant members to work with for all of my property management requirements. Their team consists of Property Leasing / Turn over / Maintenance / Accounting & Real Estate Purchasing. I have never had a problem of any sort with this team at ReSys. I always get an email to notify me of a status on a repair order or new lease application or renewal. I have also used their recommended vendors for repairs to the property and have always received the best service first with competitive pricing that is always reasonable. My kudos to this wonderful team and I hope they continue to gather success and more clients that are totally satisfied and confident in using Resys as a partner for their Real Estate and Property Management needs. Dorrie, Cathy, Mae, Ramona, Wendy, Lorrie and Al are a great bunch of people and I love working with them. Look no further!!
