  Exceptionally friendly staff, went in as a non-member to do a shared branch deposit after being referred here by my own FCU and was pleasantly surprised with what I experienced!

  SCE continues to get worse and worse. When they took over Sonepco it's been nothing but horrible. The online services lack, my account has received more fraud charges than ever before, the rates are beat consistently, the customer service in person is nothing, and it's not ever helpful or convenient. Don't go not worth it!

  The employees are just not up front with how this business operates. Pull up to a lane in the drive-through. All I want to do is deposit a check. Theres no carrier in the sender. So instead of just sending one (you know, like a regular bank), the employee says, "Oh that lanes closed you'll have to move." So I move just to find out this bank doesn't conduct shared branching through the drive-through because.......no real reason? Never had that issue with any other shared branch before.....ever 🤷‍♂️ So then the employee tells me I have to come inside and get in line behind 15 people. Turning what was only supposed to take 2 minutes into having to wait upwards of 20-25 minutes. And for what? A policy about shared branching that I'm willing to bet is made up. This is, in itself, a great example of how terrible the level of service is in Las Vegas.
