      Im Tired of getting harassed all the time with emails text messages and phone calls 24/7!!! Yes i know my payment is due DO NOT CALL ME UNLESS IM 30 DAYS LATE!!!!!!!! Being 5 days late on a payment is not that big of a deal it’s affecting me and my credit not the bank! And on top of that the interest rates for loans with this bank is outrageous now!!! I will be leaving this bank and going elsewhere! I loved banking with Riegelwood Federal Credit Union because they were easy to work with and didn’t call or email unless someone was 30 days late. I highly recommend everyone to bank elsewhere its not worth the trouble here!!!!

      Since the switch to Rev I've had nothing but problems. There is no phone number to call them directly like before. If your card gets hit with fraud they do not tell you that you have to go up there for you to receive a new one which is shifty. I see no potential for this new bank and my account may be closed in the near future...

As for your card, we can absolutely mail you a new one if it's compromised, or members can opt to visit the branch to get one instant issued.
