      I just want to say that firstly, this review ( 5 stars) is not for SunTrust, but for their employee Desiree! We were in the process of buying a new home and we had to do a wire transfer to our attorney's office. SunTrust will only do transfers from their branches in person. We moved from Florida. We live now in Myrtle Beach and had to call the branch in Leland, NC. Desiree answered (thankfully) and told us we needed to be there by 4:30 to do the transfer. It was already 3 and traffic was not great. Desiree called when we were on the way to see how we were doing. We made it and the rest is history! We wouldn't have closed without Desiree! SunTrust- I hope you know what an asset you have in Desiree!

      Truly the worst bank. Customer service is terrible all around. No one ever wants to help and they always manage to mess something up. They don’t care and are quick to forward your call so they don’t have to deal with it! Taking my business elsewhere.
