      12 years ago I did a reverse mortgage...Lillian Arevian who was with town and country reverse mortgage was who i was dealing with. Have made several attempts to refinance and kept getting stonewalled...spoke to a reverse mortgage specialist and after she reviewed my settlement statement explained why refinancing was so difficult. The way the mortgage is written and certain other factors is why refinancing is so difficult if not impossible to do. Would not recommend this company.....town and country reverse mortgage or Reverse mortgage of new england.
