      Santander Bank in Plainville, MA has the best staff from Top to Top ( there is no bottom). Every employee is personable and professional. They realize you have a life and they work as fast as possible. I highly recommend this bank.

      The plainville branch is nothing but rude and very unprofessional. They could care less about the needs of their customers. They cannot carry out simple tasks to ensure the happiness of their customers. I would advise anyone who is thinking about going to this location in plainville Ma to find another Santander Branch or another Financial institution all together.
