      Great lender to work with! We first went to another lender who sends out great email ads but just couldn't perform. We got all the way to closing then they pulled out without any valid explanation. RevitaLending was able to step in and get our deal done. And the pricing was better. We were so thankful for that. We will definitively use them again on our next deal.

      I was searching for a hard money lender for a property I was buying in Maryland. I called a few other lenders and was surprised that they either never called back or were just short with their answers. Revital Lending took the time to address all my questions and explained the process in depth, which I appreciated. As a first time investor, this was important to me. After discussing the deal with them they helped me realize it was not a good deal. I am looking for another property and they will be my first call when I find something else.

      We didn't get a loan from RevitaLending, but only because hard money wasn't the best option for us. They pointed that out to me when I called. the gentleman who works there gave me very helpful information regarding my situation. People told me to be careful with hard money lenders but my experience was positive. It didn't feel like they were out to take my sister's property. I called other hard money lenders and they seemed quite intent on just getting a loan! RevitaLending actually helped point us in the right direction. I will be back when I start buying properties. At a time when it felt like everybody was trying to take my sister's property, they were a breath of fresh air.
