  Skip has helped us over the years with mortgages and re-fi's. Our Settlement Attorney, Marc Malakoff of Lakeside Title Company in Gaithersburg, MD suggested we contact Skip because of how happy he saw his clients over the last 30 years. Skip always made himself available on my schedule at my home and me kept me informed throughout the entire loan process.. Skip was present at all of our closing just like Marc Malakoff said he would be (even the one in Annapolis). All loan questions at the last minute were answered and that really put us at ease too. We interviewed a few other 'loan officers' and always came away a little unsettled like they were only presenting the products that gave them the most in their pockets. Skip presented options with pro's and con's out on the table for us to choose from. We felt so comfortable that we invited him to present loan ideas to our daughter, a first time buyer. She was resistant at first and bit nervous talking about a subject for which there were no classes at college for a first time home buyer. She was a bit scared at taking on such a huge responsibility. When she had questions concerning her loan he sat with her to explain in 'plain English' so she could understand everything. Every time she would call or text ( and it was often), Skip responded in a timely manner! Skip explained each step of the process as they went along and kept her in the loop at all times. If you are in the market for a new home loan or a refi we would suggest you use Revolutionary Mortgage Company. - Skip is so generous with his time that I even called Skip when we were looking at property out of the area to pick his brain about what I should know - Should we come back to the MD/DC area to buy again we will call on Skip and Revolutionary Mortgage Company for assistance.

  Our realtor, Marilynn Anderson recommended that we call Skip Cobb with Revolutionary Mortgage Company for our mortgage. Skip came to our apartment in the evening after we got home from our jobs. He kept us informed, from the initial application through when we closed on our new home. Skip was always available any time we had a question. He attended the Closing to answer any questions we might have had and was there for us throughout the mortgage process. This was the first home we ever purchased and it meant a lot to have someone by our side the whole time. We highly recommend that anyone looking for a new home loan or a refinance use Revolutionary Mortgage Company because of the service they give and just how easy they tried to make the mortgage process for you.
