This two individuals have been very professional and have immediately helped me and my family in times of need. I'm a firm believer that the people you have working for you makes the difference.   Just came out of the bank with no customer service…I waited for 5 minutes in the lobby and at no time did someone come up or just stated “someone will be right with you”. No instead I found 1 glued to to there screen with no awareness of what comes in or out, another one on the phone “not sure if it was personal or not” but stayed on the phone and he saw me another one in there office but never came out to act knowledge or greet me and finally another had just finish with a customer in there office and stayed in the office and made a phone call. So I decided to leave and call them on the phone “right.. what are the odds I will talk to someone”….Ha..ha…ha…someone answered I told them my needs and I was put on hold and transferred to an answering system to leave a message and they will call me back🤨With this type of service why should I change banks….First impression😎 “not good”….😡to be continued…will update when they call me back….

  My mom has been with this bank back when it was Teachers Credit Union and now all of us in the family bank here ❤️ and we love it! Even my husband loves it and he is from Houston.
