  Richard Constantine is a true professional. He refinanced our house at a lower rate than United Veterans Mortgage. Richard saved us thousands of dollars. He made the process seem effortless and we were able to close the loan in three weeks. I always use Richard's services for mortgages needs.

  Gary thank you so much for the kind words. Most people refinancing really need to get a second opinion and try to get with us Broker's so we can show you true money saving rates. I believe we beat their rate by a full 1%! This saved you im guessing $1000 per month just by going with a broker like me and not a retail bank. Glad we connected again on this and saved the day.   My husband and I recently refinanced and I can’t thank Richard enough for all his help! We had so many questions and they were always answered in a timely manner.   Rich is a true professional. He helped my husband and I sell our condo and purchase our new house in this very tricky market. After a quick bout of showings he was able to sell our condo at top dollar with an incredible rent back option, since we’d yet to find a new home. We had several months of trying to find the right house, and Rich stuck by us, taking us to all of the showings we requested, sometimes 15 in one day! He managed all this, including juggling the multiple offers we wanted to submit. Throughout the entire process Rich was very easy to get ahold of, and he thoroughly answered all of our questions. One thing that stood out to me about him was that he was never afraid to jump on the phone with a seller and confront an issue or make a difficult request. Additionally, he stood toe to toe with the very aggressive and vulgar sellers agent when negotiating our final price - home inspection in hand ;). PLUS! Rich went out of his way to gift us with new appliances for our new home! We couldn’t be happier with how our transaction went with Rich, and we’re thrilled to be writing this review as the new owners of our dream home!!
