  My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Rick Saunders and John Mokbel on more than one occasion. We have known Rick Saunders for over 13 years, and he is by far the most knowledgeable in the business. He cares about my family and we know he prays for us as well. Our first home purchase was a miracle, and Rick was able to pray us through and guide our steps. A few years later, we had the pleasure of selling our home and purchasing a new home through Rick. We also worked with John Mokbel on the financing, and both Rick and John are a dream team to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, and Godly men who aim to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord. We are blessed by our professional relationship with these men, and more blessed to call them brothers and friends in Christ.

  December 2013 It's our privilege to write a review about Mortgage Center of America. Our family immigrated from South Africa during 2001 to serve as missionaries in the US. For the past 13 years we have always rented in Purcellville, Virginia. The owners of the townhouse we were renting for all these years retired and moved to another state and kindly gave us an option to purchase well below the market value. We approached John Mokbel and Rick Saunders of Mortgage Center of America to help us obtain a loan to purchase. As missionaries, our income was by low and the first two lenders turned us down because of insufficient income. These people were tenacious in not giving up on us and found a third lender who approved us. This process took many months, much paperwork on both sides, but we are thankful that these wonderful people kept the pressure on and during October, we went to closing. If it were not for John and Rick, we would not be the proud owners of our own property and we are indebted to them for their professionalism and polite and helpful manner in the way they handled our transaction. We would highly recommend anybody considering a mortgage loan, to use the services of John and Rick.

  I am so pleased and honored to write this review about Rick Saunders and John Mokbel of Mortgage Center of America. I had a fantastic experience with these two gentlemen. They helped me refinance my property this year, obtaining a phenomenally low rate and with substantial savings. They were amazing! Rick Saunders and John Mokbel helped me after multiple inquiries of the many Realtors and Loan Companies advertising on the radio that would not help me. Rick Saunders and John Mokbel went way out of their way to help me. I love these guys! I have seen a lot in my 85 years on this earth. God has blessed me with great health and two great men in the Mortgage business. They are Mortgage experts and a delight to work with.
