  Hi my story is a joy to tell. I was actually on the verge of looking for an apartment not looking to purchase a home. I spoke with me realtor and she said with my income I can afford a house. She introduced me to Joe Petrowsky who was a joy to work with very enthusiastic. He made me feel comfortable and help me to understand how the house process work. He send referrals my way to help with the process. Even though I was still a little scared of the whole process of owning my own home. He made it very comfortable to speak to him about any questions I had. He would call to see if we have found a house yet and crack a couple jokes, and that made me more comfortable. I remember his little phase go get you a home. The whole process took a total of 5 months with Joe and my realtor working hard to put me and my family in a home. We closed on house 7/30. If it wasn't for Joe I would have been stuck paying the same amount that I will be paying for Morgage in renting an apartment. I am entirely grateful to Joe and his team at Right Trac for making a dream that I didn't thought was possible come through. Thank you soo much for all you have done for me and my family. We are now proud first time home buyers.
