      Was having trouble with chip reader on both ATM's at this bank, so glad they reimburse the use charges at any other ATM'S you may use. Talked to new accounts person, and Helen heard and came out to assist me. It may take a couple times, but i can manage until my card is due to be replaced. Been with this bank for over 20 years, great customer service! 😊

      I’m not going to say the worst bank ever because I think Platte valley has already taken that spot but I am going to warn you that if you have a commercial account and somebody fraudulently withdraws your money from your account they will not help you they start treating you like your the criminal derik is spineless and will say or do anything he can to get himself out from under the buss even allowing a small business to get robbed of 17k and blame the small business keep up the good work
